Did you know that;

The InCon Biodiesel Process is a series of Molecular Distillation based technologies that produce vitamin E, phytosterols, sterols, Carotenoids, Tocotrienols or other nutrients. The mixed Carotenoids are over 50% beta-carotene that is converted to vitamin A in the body.

The InCon Biodiesel Process can be utilized to maximize recovery of valuable nutrients as by products of the Biodiesel Process. InCon’s proprietary Biodiesel Process uses as core technology a specialized Molecular Short Path Distillation to recover the nutrients that would be lost in other designs.  The Molecular Distillation Processes of the InCon Biodiesel Process can be broken out and are available to Biodiesel Process Design firms or users to enhance the ROI of their systems.

The InCon Toll Processing Plant specializes in low volume production runs of polymer, silicone, epoxy, citrus oil, mint oil, spice extracts. Our client’s cannot cost justify investment in an in-house Molecular or Short Path Distillation Plant or the modest volumes dictate toll processing or contract manufacturing.

InCon has private label toll processing for Cranberry extract, Blueberry extract, Omega 3 fish oil or fatty acids, CLA and creatine. We generate high concentrations or special blends thru a hybrid process called short path high vacuum distillation. Often we are asked to limit cholesterol or optimize the ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 through hybrid Molecular Short Path Distillation techniques.

In our toll processing operation, we have developed a special plant protocol for high melt compounds such as Polyethylene Wax, Paraffin Wax, Polypropylene Wax, and similar high melting compounds. Our vacuum systems are guarded by proprietary dual vacuum cold traps which virtually eliminate freeze up shutdowns.

InCon Processing can accommodate up to six (6) tanker trucks on our site. For Toll Processing or Contract Manufacturing runs, we can unload two (2) in our enclosed, environmentally contained dock. Up to four (4) other tankers can be positioned to receive product or distillate from our five (5) short path vacuum distillation units as they vacuum distill product cuts.
