InCon Processing is the leading provider of High Vacuum Distillation applied in our core competencies. We have developed technology kernels around high vacuum distillation, which has been termed molecular distillation or short path distillation, to separate mixtures of organic compounds, most of which will not tolerate prolonged heating above 250ºC without excessive structural change or decomposition. This is the value we create for clients.

We execute Toll Processing of specialty and nutritional compounds.

After we develop manufacturing expertise, make chemistry modifications and improve as we toll process, we can provide Commercial Vacuum Distillation Systems . We do the hard work on the Molecular Distillation learning curve for our clients.

InCon’s client’s Commercial Short Path Distillation or Evaporator, Wiped Film or Thin Film Evaporator, or High Vacuum Distillation Systems are designed using Vacuum Distillation Equipment fabricated by GIG Karasek GmbH, Attnang-Puchheim, Austria. GIG Karasek is the world’s largest provider of Short Path Vacuum Distillation Process Equipment.

We employ vacuum distillation technology in four scales in our Toll Processing and Contract Manufacturing Plant.

  • Vacuum Distillation Unit #1 is our Pilot System. It consists of Wiped Film Evaporation and Short Path Evaporator Technology; vacuum cold traps; vacuum systems down to 20 microbar.
  • Vacuum Distillation Unit #2, capable of 4,000,000 pounds per year, uses a Vacuum Degasser, two stages of Short Path Evaporator Technology; vacuum cold traps; and complex vacuum systems down to 1.0 microbar.
  • Vacuum Distillation Unit #3, a Production Plant capable of up to 7,000,000 pounds per year, uses Vacuum Distillation Rectification, Wiped Film Evaporation, two stages of Short Path Evaporator Technology; vacuum cold traps; and complex vacuum systems down to 1.0 microbar. Our vacuum cold trap features a dual vacuum cold trap to insure 100% uptime.
  • The Laboratory High Vacuum Distillation System is used as a feasibility tool and to execute small, precision vacuum short path distillation projects.
